Share Your Requirements

We Identify Factories
Our team researches and shortlists 3-5 factories that match your criteria. We verify their business licenses, export experience, and production capacity before recommending them.
We Arrange the Visits
We schedule factory visits, arrange transportation, and provide a professional translator. You receive a detailed itinerary with factory profiles, addresses, and contact information.
Post-Visit Support
After the visits, we help you with sample orders, price negotiations, and communication with selected factories. We remain your point of contact for ongoing China sourcing.
Sample 3-Day Factory Visit Itinerary
An example of how a typical factory visit trip is structured
Day 1 — Guangzhou / Foshan
Visit Factory A (primary product supplier) — facility tour, production line inspection, sample review, and initial price discussion.
Travel to Foshan (30 min). Visit Factory B (ceramics/tiles) — showroom visit, quality check, and MOQ discussion.
Return to Guangzhou hotel. Team debrief and comparison of both factories.
Day 2 — Dongguan / Shenzhen
Drive to Dongguan (1 hour). Visit Factory C — production capacity review, worker conditions check, and detailed specification discussion.
Continue to Shenzhen. Visit Factory D (electronics/tech) — R&D centre tour, latest product showcase, and OEM/ODM discussion.
Return to Guangzhou by high-speed train. Review notes and rank suppliers.
Day 3 — Follow-Up & Final Decisions
Re-visit the top 1-2 factories from Day 1-2 for final negotiations and sample ordering. Confirm pricing, payment terms, and lead times.
Document all agreements, collect business cards and catalogues. Our team helps draft a preliminary order or LOI (Letter of Intent).
Pack up. Prepare for departure or continue to Canton Fair.
